Jean-Benoît Dunckel is a French musician known as a member of the duo Air, which he co-founded in 1995 with Nicolas Godin. In 2006, he released his solo album "Darkel". He collaborated with Lou Hayter in the project Tomorrow's World and with Barði Jóhannsson in the duo Starwalker. In 2015, he released the mini-album "The Man of Sorrow" and in 2018 the album "H+". This was followed by "Carbon" in 2022 and "Paranormal Musicality" in 2024.
