Jellyfish was an American rock band formed in 1989 in San Francisco. Led by songwriters Andy Sturmer (drums, vocals) and Roger Manning (keyboards, vocals), they released two albums: "Bellybutton" (1990) and "Spilt Milk" (1993). Their music blended elements of 1960s classic rock and XTC-style power pop. Despite critical acclaim and a devoted fan base, the band disbanded in 1994 due to poor sales and artistic differences among members.
