Jennifer Rostock is a German rock band formed in 2007 in Berlin. The group consists of lead vocalist Jennifer Weist, keyboardist Johannes "Joe" Walter-Müller, guitarist Alex Voigt, bassist Christoph Deckert, and drummer Christopher "Baku" Kohl. Their debut album, "Ins Offene Messer," was released in 2008 and reached number 31 on the German charts. Subsequent albums include "Der Film" (2009), "Mit Haut und Haar" (2011), "Schlaflos" (2014), and "Genau in diesem Ton" (2016). The band is known for their energetic performances and a blend of rock, alternative rock, and punk rock. In 2017, they announced a hiatus from their activities.
