Jim Norton Collective is an American jazz ensemble led by multi-instrumentalist and arranger Jim Norton. In 2014, they released the album "Time Remembered: Compositions of Bill Evans," featuring 15 tracks by the legendary jazz pianist Bill Evans, arranged for a large ensemble. The album was recorded at MarketSound Studios in San Jose, California, in April 2013 and released under the Origin Records label. The group focuses on contemporary jazz and big band styles, with Norton contributing on baritone saxophone, bass flute, clarinet, contra-alto clarinet, and bassoon.
