Jody Williams was an American blues guitarist and singer, renowned for his distinctive guitar playing characterized by expressive string bending and innovative chord voicings. In the 1950s, he was one of Chicago's most sought-after session guitarists, collaborating with artists like Howlin' Wolf and Bo Diddley. After a lengthy hiatus, he returned to the music scene in 2000, releasing the album "Return of a Legend." In 2013, he was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame.
