empty cell John Lennon & Yoko Ono/Plastic Ono Band with Elephant's Memory and Special Guests
John Lennon and Yoko Ono, along with the Plastic Ono Band and Elephant's Memory, performed two benefit One to One concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City on August 30, 1972. These concerts, attended by a combined audience of 40,000 people, raised over $1.5 million to support children with special needs. They were John Lennon's only full-length concerts after leaving The Beatles and the last shows John and Yoko performed together. The concerts were produced by Sean Ono Lennon and mixed by Paul Hicks and Sam Gannon from the original tapes. A limited edition EP features four tracks from these concerts, including three previously unreleased performances.
