John McEuen is an American musician and a founding member of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Throughout his career, he has released over 40 albums, including 6 solo projects, earning multiple awards such as Grammy, CMA, and ACM honors. In 1971, he initiated the album "Will the Circle Be Unbroken," which brought together bluegrass and country musicians. In 2010, he produced Steve Martin's album "The Crow," which won the Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album. In 2024, he released "The Newsman: A Man of Record."
