He later continued his studies in Europe with Karlheinz Stockhausen, Krzysztof Penderecki, and Gottfried Michael Koenig. His work combines serialism with minimalism, featuring pieces like "Pulse Music" (1975–1979) known for their complex time structures and electronic realizations.
