Johnny Ray Daniels is a gospel singer and musician from Greenville, North Carolina. Born in 1946, he began his musical career at age 20 as a member of the R&B group The Soul Twisters. After a spiritual experience, he left secular music to devote himself to gospel. He joined The Glorifying Vines Sisters, playing guitar and piano. In 2022, he released his debut solo album "Whatever You Need" under the Bible & Tire Recording Co. label. The album features nine tracks, including "Something Within Me" and "I Shall Not Be Moved."
