Juliet Lawson is a British singer-songwriter who released her debut album, "Boo," in 1972 under the Sovereign label. The album features twelve of her own compositions and is influenced by jazz and folk. Despite being described as "Britain's answer to Joni Mitchell," the album achieved limited commercial success. Over the years, its reputation has grown, leading to a re-release by Soul Jazz Records in 2024. Lawson continued her musical and artistic pursuits, releasing additional albums such as "The One That Got Away" (1992) and "All These Days" (2015).
