cd - K. Leimer

K. Leimer is an American electronic musician from Seattle, Washington. Active since the 1970s, Leimer primarily released his music on his own label, Palace of Lights, which he founded in 1979. His work is influenced by Brian Eno's tape loop experiments and the cosmic explorations of groups like Cluster and Neu!. Notable albums include "Closed System Potentials" (1980) and "Land of Look Behind" (1982). After a hiatus from 1983 to 2002, he returned to releasing new music and reissuing earlier works. In 2014, the label RVNG Intl. released a compilation of his unreleased recordings titled "A Period of Review".
