Description

'Brave Murder Day' is the second studio album by Swedish metal band Katatonia, originally released in 1996. This album is considered a genre classic, blending elements of death-doom and gothic metal. Vocals on the album were provided by Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth, while Jonas Renkse contributed clean vocals on the track 'Day' and played drums. The album was recorded at Unisound studio in Sweden under the direction of Dan Swanö. This edition features the original cover art and an extended booklet with reflections from Anders Nyström and contributions from Jonas Renkse.
