Keith Hudson was a Jamaican reggae artist and producer, known as the "Dark Prince of Reggae". Born in 1946 in Kingston, Jamaica, he released the album "Pick a Dub" in 1974, considered one of the first dub albums. Hudson collaborated with artists like King Tubby and Augustus Pablo, influencing the development of dub music. His 1974 album "Flesh of My Skin, Blood of My Blood" is regarded as the first reggae concept album. Hudson passed away in 1984 in New York.
