The Keystone Wind Ensemble is a concert band comprising approximately 50 woodwind, brass, and percussion players, founded in 1992 by Jack Stamp. Sponsored by Indiana University of Pennsylvania, all members have a direct affiliation with the university as alumni, students, faculty, or administrators. The ensemble was formed to record new and traditional works from the concert band repertoire for national release on compact disc. Notable albums include "Divertimento (Wind Music Of Diamond, Tull, Washburn, Stamp, Tower)", "Tull: Piano Concerto & Works for Wind Ensemble", and "Tempo di Bourgeois". Their repertoire features works by American composers such as Sousa, Leroy Anderson, William Schuman, and Alfred Reed. The ensemble has performed at several national and international conferences, including the World Association for Symphonic Bands and Ensembles conference in 2009.
