Kix was an American hard rock band formed in 1976 in Hagerstown, Maryland. Their fourth album, "Blow My Fuse" (1988), featured the hit "Don't Close Your Eyes," which reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Known for their energetic style, Kix contributed to the glam metal genre. Throughout their career, they released several albums, including "Midnite Dynamite" (1985) and "Hot Wire" (1991).
