Komajota is a Slovak pop band from Prešov, formed in the spring of 2003. In August 2005, they recorded their first demo, and in the summer of 2006, they secured second place in the US Steel Talent Night competition. Their debut album, "Časopriestor," was released in 2007 under Universal Music. Subsequent albums include "Bludisko" (2008) and "Kolobeh" (2010). The band is known for songs like "Ráno v novinách" and "Blbý deň." In 2007, they received the Discovery of the Year award in the Slávik poll.
