Kraantje Pappie, born Alex van der Zouwen, is a Dutch rapper and television presenter. He began his career in 2007 by releasing mixtapes and performing within the hip-hop community. In 2012, he debuted with the album "Crane," produced by the group Noisia, which combined his unique rhyming style with dubstep and grime productions. This was followed by "Crane II" (2014), "Crane III" (2016), and "Daddy" (2018). His notable tracks include "Waar is Kraan?", "Feesttent", "Handen omhoog," and "De manier." He has collaborated with artists such as Bizzey and Kris Kross Amsterdam. In 2013, he debuted as a television presenter on the show "The Next MC."
