L.T.D. (Love, Togetherness, and Devotion) is an American R&B and funk band formed in 1968 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Originally known as Love Men Limited, the group relocated to Los Angeles and signed with A&M Records in 1974. Their notable songs include "Love Ballad" (1976), "(Every Time I Turn Around) Back in Love Again" (1977), and "Holding On (When Love Is Gone)" (1978). Jeffrey Osborne, initially the drummer, became the lead vocalist and later pursued a successful solo career. The band continued recording and performing with various lineups.
