La Petite Écurie is an international ensemble specializing in 17th and 18th-century music performed on historical instruments, including two oboes, taille, bassoon, and percussion. The ensemble's name refers to the "Grande Écurie," a musical establishment at the court of Louis XIV in Versailles. The members met at the Festival Musica Antica in Urbino in 2018 and decided to form an oboe band. Their debut album, "The Queen’s Favourites," was released in 2022 and received five diapasons from a renowned French magazine. Their second album, "No Strings Attached," was released in November 2024 and features works by composers such as Schieferdecker, Händel, Vivaldi, and Keiser.
