Leo Genovese is an Argentine jazz pianist, keyboardist, and composer born in 1979 in Venado Tuerto. He studied at the Berklee College of Music, graduating in 2003. Genovese has released several albums as a leader, including "Haikus II" (2003), "Unlocked" (2008), "Seeds" (2013), and "Ritual" (2022). He has collaborated with notable artists such as Esperanza Spalding, Wayne Shorter, and Herbie Hancock. In 2022, Genovese won a Grammy Award for Best Improvised Jazz Solo for the track "Endangered Species" from the album "Live at the Detroit Jazz Festival".
