Lone Ranger, born Anthony Alphanso Waldron in 1958, is a Jamaican reggae deejay known for his innovative style and influence on British deejays in the early 1980s. He began his career at Studio One under Clement "Coxsone" Dodd, achieving success with the hit "Love Bump." His 1980 album "Barnabas Collins" topped the UK reggae chart. Other notable albums include "On the Other Side of Dub" and "M-16." After relocating to the United States in the mid-1980s, he returned to Jamaica in 1998 and resumed performing on sound systems.
