Longstocking was an American indie rock band from Los Angeles, active in the 1990s. In 1997, they released their sole album, "Once Upon a Time Called Now," under Chainsaw Records. The band was known for its energetic sound and contributions to the queercore and riot grrrl scenes. After disbanding, members pursued other musical projects, with vocalist Tamala Poljak joining Team Dresch.
