Lynne Arriale is an American jazz pianist, composer, bandleader, and educator. She serves as Professor of Jazz Studies and Director of Small Ensembles at the University of North Florida. In 1993, she won first place in the Great American Jazz Piano Competition. Her albums, such as "Inspiration" (2000), "Arise" (2002), and "Give Us These Days" (2018), have achieved high rankings on the JazzWeek Radio charts. She has collaborated with notable musicians, including Randy Brecker and George Mraz. Her music is recognized for its creativity and technical proficiency.
