Manchester Orchestra is an American indie rock band from Atlanta, Georgia, formed in 2004. The current lineup consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Andy Hull, guitarist Robert McDowell, bassist Andy Prince, and drummer Tim Very. The band debuted with the album "I'm Like a Virgin Losing a Child" in 2006, followed by "Mean Everything to Nothing" (2009), "Simple Math" (2011), and "Cope" (2014). Their fifth album, "A Black Mile to the Surface," was released in 2017, and the sixth, "The Million Masks of God," in 2021. Musically, they operate within the genres of indie rock, alternative rock, and progressive rock. They have collaborated with artists such as Kevin Devine, Frightened Rabbit, and Grouplove.
