Marc Ford is an American blues-rock guitarist and songwriter, best known as the former guitarist for The Black Crowes. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with artists such as Ben Harper and Gov't Mule. His solo albums include "It's About Time" (2003), "Weary and Wired" (2007), and "Holy Ghost" (2014). Ford received an NAACP award for his work on the album "There Will Be a Light" with Ben Harper and The Blind Boys of Alabama. His music blends elements of blues-rock, southern rock, and roots rock.
