Marc Moulin was a Belgian musician and journalist. In the 1970s, he led the jazz-rock group Placebo, releasing three albums: "Ball of Eyes" (1971), "1973" (1973), and "Placebo" (1974). In 1978, he co-founded the synth-pop group Telex with Dan Lacksman and Michel Moers. Telex represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1980. Moulin also produced music for artists such as Lio and Alain Chamfort. His solo albums include "Sam' Suffy" (1975), "Top Secret" (2001), and "I Am You" (2007).
