The Margiono Quintet is a chamber ensemble founded by soprano Charlotte Margiono, who has performed in opera houses in Hamburg, Dresden, Brussels, Amsterdam, Vienna, and Glyndebourne. She has collaborated with orchestras such as the Berlin Philharmonic, London Philharmonic, Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, and the Vienna Philharmonic. The ensemble released the album "Frauen Und Madchen Die Lieben" under the Turtle Records label, featuring opera music by Robert Schumann and Heinz Krause-Graumnitz. This album was released on March 18, 2008, and is available in SACD format.
