Maria Koterbska was a Polish singer particularly popular in the 1950s and 1960s. Her biggest hits include "Augustowskie noce," "Brzydula i rudzielec," "Karuzela," "Parasolki," "Serduszko puka w rytmie cza cza," "Wroc42awska piosenka," and "Do graj05cej szafy grosik wrzu07." Throughout her career, she collaborated with leading Polish composers and lyricists such as Jerzy Harald, Witold Krzemi44ski, and Ludwik Starski. She also performed with the Wagabunda cabaret, touring Europe and the United States. Koterbska was known for her interpretations in the swing and jazz genres.
