Marie Stockmarr Becker is a Danish violist specializing in historically informed performance of Baroque music. Together with Italian harpsichordist Ilaria Macedonio, she forms the Duo Stockmarr-Macedonio, established in 2013 during their studies at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen. The duo released their debut album in 2021, featuring interpretations of J.S. Bach's three sonatas for viola da gamba and harpsichord (BWV 1027-1029). In 2024, they followed up with an album containing sonatas for viola and harpsichord by J.G. Graun, W.F. Bach, and C.P.E. Bach.
