Matt Herskowitz is an American pianist, composer, and arranger known for his unique fusion of classical virtuosity with jazz, world music, and free improvisation. A graduate of the Juilliard School and the Curtis Institute of Music, his notable albums include "Jerusalem Trilogy" (2010), nominated for a Juno Award, "Upstairs" (2012), and "Bach XXI" (2015). He has collaborated with artists such as Lara St. John and John Roney. His arrangement "Bach à la Jazz" was featured in the soundtrack of the film "The Triplets of Belleville".
