McPhee was an Australian rock band that released their sole album, "McPhee," in 1971. The album features long tracks with powerful female and male vocals, prominent Hammond organ, and hard guitar. It includes strong and inventive covers of songs by Spooky Tooth, the Beatles, and Neil Young, as well as a couple of original compositions. Originally released in a limited run on the Violets Holiday label, the album is considered one of the rarest Australian records. In 2025, it was reissued on vinyl by Sommor Records.
