Meagre Martin is a Berlin-based indie trio formed in the summer of 2021. The band is led by American musician and songwriter Sarah Martin (guitar), joined by Federico "Freddy" Corazzini (drums) and Max Hirtz-Wolf (bass). Their music blends elements of lo-fi, new-Americana, and indie rock, drawing inspiration from artists like Big Thief, Sharon Van Etten, and Cate Le Bon. They released their debut album "Gut Punch" in November 2023 under the label Mansions and Millions. In 2024, they released the EP "Up To Snuff". The band has performed at festivals such as SXSW, Pitchfork London, and Reeperbahn Festival, and has supported bands like Alt-J, Chastity Belt, and Nation of Language.
