Meindert Talma is a Dutch singer and keyboardist born in Surhuisterveen. He is known for his lo-fi style and satirical songs. In 1995, he released his debut single, which gained him popularity in the alternative music scene in Groningen. With his band, The Negroes, he released several albums, including "Hondert punten" and "Ferhûddûker". His work also includes autobiographical projects, such as "Gezinsverbijstering", released in January 2025.
