Mia Nicolai and Dion Cooper are Dutch singers and songwriters who represented the Netherlands at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 with the song "Burning Daylight". Mia Nicolai, born in Amsterdam in 1996, began her music career in 2018, releasing singles such as "Set Me Free" and "Mutual Needs". Dion Cooper, born in 1993, released his debut EP "Too Young Too Dumb" in 2021. Their collaboration on "Burning Daylight" was supported by Eurovision 2019 winner Duncan Laurence and his partner Jordan Garfield. The song was released on March 1, 2023, and served as their official Eurovision entry.
