Miaux is the project of Belgian musician Mia Prce, born in Sarajevo in 1982 and later relocating to Antwerp. She is known for her minimalist synthesizer compositions that evoke melancholic moods. Her notable albums include "Miaux" (2011), "Black Space, White Cloud" (2019), and "Never Coming Back" (2024). The latter is a reinterpretation of the 1962 film "Carnival of Souls" soundtrack, recorded by Miaux using a single synthesizer in her home studio. Her music is often compared to the works of artists like Roedelius and Ruth White.
