Michael Patrick Kelly is an Irish-American singer, musician, and composer. Born in Dublin, he was a member of the pop-folk band The Kelly Family, which sold over 20 million records since the mid-1990s. After leaving the group, he released his debut solo album "In Exile" and subsequently withdrew to a monastery in France for six years. Returning to the music industry in 2011, he released several successful albums, including "Human" (2015), "Ruah" (2016), and "ID" (2017). His fifth solo album, "B.O.A.T.S," was released in November 2021. Kelly also served as a coach in the eighth season of the German version of "The Voice."
