Mike Tingley is an American singer-songwriter from Southern California, known for his sole album "The Abstract Prince" released in 1968. After a failed relationship attempt in Sweden, he found himself in the Netherlands, performing in coffee houses and bars. There, he was discovered by a member of the Dutch band Blues Dimension, leading to the recording of his album under producer Tony Vos. The album was released exclusively in the Netherlands and features orchestral baroque pop with psychedelic elements.
