Moral Decay was a thrash metal band from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. In 1989, they released their sole demo, "To Build An End," capturing the late-eighties West Coast sound with complex harmonies, strong vocals, and mature lyrics. The band comprised four talented teenagers, including songwriter Dave Wenger, who later played in Breakwater and Daddy's Hands. The demo was remastered from the original recordings by Brad Boatright and released in a limited edition of 400 copies on colored vinyl.
