Morta Skuld is an American death metal band formed in Milwaukee in 1990. Their debut album, "Dying Remains," was released in 1993, followed by "As Humanity Fades" in 1994 and "For All Eternity" in 1995. The band is known for their brutal death/doom metal style and has played with bands such as Obituary, Death, Deicide, Napalm Death, and Cannibal Corpse. After a period of inactivity, Morta Skuld returned with "Wounds Deeper Than Time" in 2017 and "Suffer For Nothing" in 2020, reaffirming their position in the death metal scene.
