Movements is an American rock band from California, formed in 2015. Their debut album, "Feel Something," was released in 2017 and includes tracks like "Daylily" and "Colorblind." In 2020, they released their second album, "No Good Left to Give," featuring songs such as "Don't Give Up Your Ghost" and "Skin to Skin." Their third album, "Ruckus!," was released in 2023.
