MxPx is an American punk rock band from Bremerton, Washington, formed in 1992. The band has released twelve studio albums, including "Life in General" (1996), "Slowly Going the Way of the Buffalo" (1998), and "Panic" (2005). Their music is characterized as punk rock and pop punk. In 2005, they released the album "Panic" under SideOneDummy Records, featuring the single "Heard That Sound". The band participated in the Vans Warped Tour in 1997, 1998, and 2005. In 2006, they received the keys to the city of Bremerton in recognition of their contributions to the city.
