Nana Mouskouri is a Greek singer who has released approximately 450 albums in at least thirteen languages throughout her career. Her first major hit, "The White Rose of Athens," was originally recorded in German as "Weiße Rosen aus Athen." In 1963, she represented Luxembourg in the Eurovision Song Contest with the song "À force de prier." Among her most renowned songs are "Je chante avec toi Liberté" and "Only Love." She has collaborated with artists such as Quincy Jones, Harry Belafonte, and Michel Legrand. From 1994 to 1999, she served as a Member of the European Parliament for Greece.
