Necrodeath is an Italian extreme metal band from Liguria, formed in 1984 under the name Ghostrider. After releasing two albums in the 1980s, they reunited in 1998 and have since released several albums, including "Mater of All Evil" (1999) and "Black as Pitch" (2001). Their music is influenced by bands such as Slayer, Dark Angel, and Venom. In August 2024, they announced plans to disband following the release of their final album "Arimortis" in January 2025 and a farewell tour.
