Nerina Pallot is a British singer, songwriter, and producer who has released eight albums and over a dozen EPs. Her second album, 'Fires' (2005), achieved gold certification in the UK and featured hits like 'Everybody's Gone to War' and 'Sophia'. In 2007, she was nominated for a BRIT Award for Best British Female Solo Artist and an Ivor Novello Award for 'Sophia'. Pallot has also written songs for artists such as Kylie Minogue and Diana Vickers. In 2024, she released the B-sides compilation 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' for Record Store Day, featuring her cover of the Joy Division song.
