The Netherlands Radio Symphony Orchestra (NRSO) was a prominent symphony orchestra in the Netherlands, active from 1945 to 2005. Throughout its existence, the NRSO performed a wide repertoire of classical music, including works by composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Gustav Mahler, and Anton Bruckner. The orchestra regularly collaborated with renowned conductors and soloists, contributing to the rich musical life in the Netherlands. In 2005, the NRSO was merged with other radio orchestras into the newly formed Netherlands Symphony Orchestra.
