Nevermore was an American heavy metal band from Seattle, Washington, active between 1991 and 2011. The band released seven studio albums, including "Dead Heart in a Dead World" (2000) and "This Godless Endeavor" (2005). Their music combined elements of progressive and thrash metal. After guitarist Jeff Loomis and drummer Van Williams departed in 2011, the band went on hiatus. Vocalist Warrel Dane passed away in 2017.
