Nicola Conte is an Italian jazz musician, DJ, producer, guitarist, and bandleader known for his contributions to the contemporary soul-jazz scene. In 2023, he released the album "Umoja" under London's Far Out Recordings, featuring ten tracks inspired by deep jazz, Latin, afrofuturism, bossa nova, and soul music. The album was recorded directly to analog tape with minimal post-production to capture the spontaneity of live performances.
