Nicolette Larson was an American singer best known for her 1978 hit "Lotta Love," which reached No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on the Adult Contemporary chart. Throughout her career, she collaborated with artists such as Neil Young, Emmylou Harris, and The Doobie Brothers. Her debut album, "Nicolette," peaked at No. 15 on the Billboard 200 and achieved gold certification. Later, she shifted her focus to country music, reaching No. 9 on the country singles chart in 1985 with the duet "That's How You Know When Love's Right" with Steve Wariner. Larson passed away in 1997 due to complications from cerebral edema.
