Nightrage is a Greek-Swedish melodic death metal band formed in 2000 in Thessaloniki, Greece, by Marios Iliopoulos and Gus G. Their debut album, "Sweet Vengeance," was released in 2003 and featured vocals by Tomas Lindberg of At the Gates. Subsequent albums include "Descent into Chaos" (2005) and "A New Disease Is Born" (2007). In 2015, they released "The Puritan." Their tenth album, "Remains of a Dead World," was recorded in Greece and released in 2024. The band is known for its powerful riffs and melodic elements within the death metal genre.
