Nikolo Kotzev is a Bulgarian guitarist and composer known for his rock opera "Nostradamus." This three-act opera, released in 2001, narrates the life and prophecies of Nostradamus. In 2017, the opera was performed live for the first time in Sofia, Bulgaria, featuring over 120 performers, including the orchestra, choir, and ballet of the State Opera in Ruse. The performance was recorded and released in 2024 under the title "The Rock Opera - Live In Sofia." Kotzev is also recognized for his work with the bands Brazen Abbot and Kikimora.
